How to buy from our store

You can place an order online, by phone, or by email. All products display prices including VAT. Before dispatch, every parcel is checked and properly packed.

Online ordering
Searching and selecting products
Use the category menu, subcategories, or the search bar to find the product you want. The product page shows the description, specifications, and final price including VAT.

Adding to cart
Click “Add to cart.” You can adjust quantities or remove items before checkout.

Checkout
Fill in the form with:
• first and last name
• phone number
• email address
• full delivery address (county, city, street, number, building/staircase/floor/apartment/intercom, if applicable)
Choose the delivery method and the payment method.

Order processing
Your order is received and prepared for dispatch. If we need any clarification (for example size, color, delivery time), we will call you before shipping.

Delivery and couriers used
We ship with the following carriers, depending on parcel size and weight:
• Fan Courier – standard and medium parcels
• Sameday Courier – home delivery and Sameday Easybox (locker)
• DPD Courier – national parcels and areas with lower coverage
• PTT Curier – recommended for bulky, hard-to-handle parcels
• Dragon Star Curier – special shipments, large volumes, or scheduled deliveries

Shipping fees (Romania)
Bucharest
• 20 lei up to 15 kg
• +1 leu/kg over 15 kg

Rest of the country
• 25 lei up to 15 kg
• +3 lei/kg over 15 kg

Sameday Easybox (locker)
• 15.90 lei up to 10 kg
• +3 lei/kg over 10 kg
Bulky products cannot be delivered to lockers.

Bulky parcels / sports furniture / large equipment
A fixed fee applies based on size and weight:
• 50 lei
• 200 lei
• 500 lei
The exact fee is shown on each product page.

Delivery time
• For in-stock products: 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier.
• For made-to-order or pre-order products: the estimated lead time (business days) is displayed on the product page.

Payment methods
• Cash on delivery
• Online card payment (secure)
• Bank transfer (dispatch after payment is received)

For public institutions, clubs, and associations we can issue proforma invoices, invoices, contracts, or documents for SEAP/SICAP purchases, if needed.

Customer account (optional)
Creating an account lets you:
• track delivery status
• view order history
• save addresses for future orders
An account is not required to place an order.

Email order
Send your request to gb@anastasiasport.ro with:
• name and phone number
• full delivery address
• product name + code or link
• desired quantity

You will receive order confirmation by email or phone.

There is no minimum order value.
