This document outlines the warranty conditions for all products sold by SC Anastasia GB Prodcom SRL (Anastasia Sport), in accordance with Romanian and European consumer protection laws.
The legal warranty of conformity is mandatory under Romanian and EU law (OG 21/1992, Law 449/2003, OUG 34/2014). It applies to all new products sold to consumer individuals.
Duration:
24 months for products with a medium lifespan of at least 24 months
the declared medium lifespan if the product has a shorter expected lifespan
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery, even if they become visible later.
The commercial warranty is an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer or by SC Anastasia GB Prodcom SRL. It is mentioned explicitly on the product page or in the warranty certificate.
The commercial warranty supplements, but does not replace, the legal warranty of conformity.
The medium lifespan represents the expected period in which a product performs normally under proper use. It does not equal the warranty duration, but it influences the legal warranty period for products with shorter lifespans.
Medium lifespan: 1 year
Exceptions – medium lifespan 30 days for:
F5U1000, F5A1000, V5M1500, V5B1300, V5B1500, KB100BV, MB7, MB6, MB5, HP18, DB, PRH, PRS, Soft-series, S2V1250, S2Y1550.
Boxing category: 6 months
Mini gloves keychains, wraps, tapes, protectors: 30 days
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must:
use the product strictly for its intended purpose and in accordance with sport regulations;
follow all usage, maintenance, and storage instructions;
present the purchase document (invoice/receipt);
return all accessories and components together with the product;
keep labels, serial numbers, and identification markings intact;
ensure no unauthorized repairs or modifications were performed.
Only manufacturing defects confirmed by our service team are covered.
The customer must send an email to:
The message must include:
full name and contact details;
order number / invoice number;
detailed description of the defect;
clear photos or videos;
approximate date when the issue was noticed.
Missing information may delay processing.
Our team reviews the photos and confirms:
whether the product must be physically returned,
the exact return address,
any preliminary recommendations.
The product must be shipped with:
a copy of the invoice,
the warranty certificate (if available),
all original accessories.
Proper packaging is required to avoid transport damage.
Round-trip transport costs for products under warranty are covered by
SC Anastasia GB Prodcom SRL.
Once received, the product undergoes technical inspection to determine:
whether there is a manufacturing defect,
the cause of the defect,
whether the conditions of the warranty are met.
Depending on the findings, the solution may be:
repair,
replacement,
refund (credit note) when repair or replacement is impossible.
Timeframe:
up to 15 calendar days for consumers (individuals)
up to 30 days for legal entities
The customer must inspect the parcel upon delivery.
Check for:
damaged packaging,
punctures, tears, dents,
missing items,
visible defects.
If the package is damaged:
request the courier to record: “damaged parcel”
or refuse delivery.
Without these notes, transport-related damage cannot be claimed under warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Examples:
abrasion of the surface,
worn or faded print,
discoloration,
surface marks caused by play.
Examples:
using a basketball for football,
striking sharp or rough surfaces,
intense use on asphalt or concrete,
exposing the product to extreme heat (car trunk in summer) or frost.
Examples:
damaged valve from forced needle insertion,
over-inflation,
deformation from heavy objects placed on top,
cleaning with improper chemicals.
Any form of:
cutting, drilling, gluing, repainting, altering construction.
Examples:
wraps, tapes, nets, varnish, elastic accessories, valve caps, small textile items.
Products with valves must be inflated as follows:
Lubricate the needle before insertion.
Insert the needle gently, with no force.
Inflate only to the pressure printed on the ball.
Check pressure with a manometer, not by feel.
Do not use industrial compressors.
Never exceed maximum recommended pressure.
Valve damage or over-inflation is not covered by warranty.
Products must be stored:
in a dry, ventilated space,
away from extreme temperatures,
protected from sunlight, rain, frost, and chemical substances,
without heavy objects placed on top,
indoors, not in cars or balconies.
Visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims after this period are considered defects caused during use.
For legal entities:
only the commercial warranty applies;
the legal warranty of conformity does NOT apply;
the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply;
the resolution term is up to 30 days;
claims without a prior contract cannot be processed.
