Product Delivery

1. Delivery Methods

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), usually within 1–2 working days from order confirmation, depending on the delivery address and product availability in stock.

🔸 Courier Delivery

Anastasia Sport partners with several courier services to ensure door-to-door delivery across Romania.

📦 Courier partners:

• Fan Courier – areas without additional distance fees

• DPD Curier – areas with additional distance fees

• PTT Express / Dragon Star – oversized shipments

• Sameday (including Easybox) – standard packages and locker delivery

Estimated shipping rates (1–5 kg packages):

• 15.90 lei – Sameday locker

• 20 lei – Bucharest

• 25 lei – other areas (without extra distance charges)

For bulky or heavy packages, the shipping cost is displayed individually on the product page.

🔸 In-Store Pickup

📍 Pickup address:
Str. Iancu Cavaler de Flondor nr. 7, Sector 2, Bucharest

🕒 Pickup schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 09:30 – 17:00

❗ Pickup is available only after order confirmation from the Anastasia Sport team (via email, SMS, or phone call).

🔸 Delivery by own fleet or freight exchange

For large orders or heavy products, delivery can be arranged via our own transport fleet or specialized freight services, based on a direct agreement with the customer.

2. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk and responsibility for the products are transferred to the Buyer:

• when handed over to the courier;

• when delivered directly to the Buyer or their designated representative.

3. Packaging and Documentation

The Seller ensures:

• proper packaging for safe transport;

• transmission of all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, user manuals) in printed format, via email, or in the customer's online account.

4. Delivery Area

• We deliver throughout Romania

• We also offer international shipping, upon prior agreement on shipping costs and delivery conditions with the customer.

5. On-Site Additional Services

Upon request, we offer the following services for an additional fee:

• unloading;

• installation / assembly;

• commissioning;

• on-site delivery confirmation.

Details and pricing are negotiated directly with the customer depending on location and order specifics.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

• In-stock products: 1–5 business days

• Remote areas (with extra distance fees): 1–10 business days

• Special order products: 3–15 business days

• Custom-made / personalized products: 15–35 business days
  (Final delivery time is confirmed with the customer)

📦 Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days from placement and confirmation. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.

7. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed within 24 business hours, via:

For high-value orders, phone confirmation is required.

8. Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order:

• directly from their account (if created);

• via email: moltenromania@gmail.com / gb@anastasiasport.ro

• by phone: 0735 531 280 / 0735 531 281

❗ If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is only possible by refusing the parcel or returning it, in accordance with our return policy.

9. Unavailable Products & Refunds

If the ordered products are no longer available (including price or feature changes), the customer will be informed, and any paid amounts will be refunded within 14 days.

The customer may choose:

• an equivalent product (similar price and features);

• full refund of the paid amount.

In the case of exercising the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days, return shipping costs are covered by AnastasiaSport.ro.
