This policy governs the return conditions for products purchased from SC Anastasia GB Prodcom SRL, in accordance with applicable legal provisions for consumers in Romania, especially Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.
🔹 1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
According to GEO 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract (online, phone orders, etc.) without giving any reason and without penalties, within 14 calendar days from:
the date of product delivery (for goods);
the date of contract conclusion (for services).
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the seller in writing (by email, online form, or letter) within the 14-day period.
🔹 2. Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return:
it must be in the same condition as it was delivered;
it must include the complete original packaging, all accessories, and related documents (invoice, warranty certificate, manuals, etc.);
it must show no signs of use, wear, impact, scratches, or damage;
return shipping costs are covered by the consumer;
reimbursement is made exclusively by bank transfer to the client's account (cash or COD returns are not accepted), within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the returned item.

🔹 4. Refunds
Refunds are made exclusively via bank transfer to the IBAN account provided by the customer.
Orders paid by card will be automatically refunded to the same account.
Shipping fees and bank charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned amount.
Maximum refund period: 30 calendar days from receiving the product and confirming banking details.
🔹 5. Defective or Damaged Products on Delivery
If the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, the customer must:
send a claim within 24 hours of receiving the package;
prepare a damage report with the courier if damage is visible upon delivery;
Otherwise, the return may be refused and the courier company cannot be held liable afterward.
🔹 6. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you received a different product than the one ordered:
notify the seller as soon as possible;
the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct one at no additional cost to the customer (shipping is covered by the seller).
🚫 7. Exceptions to the Right of Return
According to Article 16 of GEO 34/2014, the following categories of products and situations are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In these cases, returns are not accepted:
🔸 7.1. Products picked up in person or delivered directly
Products bought directly from the company’s office;
Products delivered personally by company staff (not via courier);
These are not considered distance contracts.
🔸 7.2. Customized or Made-to-Order Products
Products made to customer specifications;
Products specially adjusted/modified (size, color, design, etc.);
One-of-a-kind or limited edition products made on request;
Additional items explicitly added to an order (special accessories).

🔸 7.3. Used, incomplete or damaged products
Products that have been used or tested;
Missing original packaging, accessories, or documents;
Physical damage (scratches, dents, stains, etc.);
Return may be refused or a restocking fee may apply (between 10% and 100%).
🔸 7.4. Whistles and Other Personal Hygiene Products
Whistles are non-returnable, whether used or not.
Reason: These products come into contact with the mouth and pose a contamination risk.
📌 Legal basis: Art. 16(e) – "Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed by the consumer."
