In-Store Pickup

📦 Products in stock can be picked up directly from the Anastasia Sport physical store, with no shipping costs.
Pickup is only possible after the order has been confirmed by the Anastasia Sport team (confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call).

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – between 09:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Courier Delivery

Anastasia Sport delivers orders via express courier, door-to-door, throughout Romania.

📌 Partner couriers:

• Fan Courier – for areas with no extra mileage fees

• DPD Courier – for areas with extra mileage

• PTT Express Courier – for oversized packages

• Dragon Star Courier – for oversized packages

• Sameday

Delivery Timeframes

• Products in stock: delivery in 1–3 business days (estimated delivery time is shown on each product page)

• Areas with extra mileage: delivery in 1–3 business days

• Backordered products: delivery in 3–35 business days

• Customized / made-to-order products: delivery in 15–35 business days
  (Final timeframe is agreed upon with the customer)

🕓 Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 12–24 hours after placement.
Any additional delays will be communicated to the customer along with a new estimated delivery time.

Shipping Fees (valid within Romania):

🔹 Delivery in Bucharest

• 20 Lei for packages up to 15 kg

• 1 Leu/kg for each extra kilogram over 15 kg

🔹 Delivery outside Bucharest (nationwide, regardless of locality)

• 25 Lei for packages up to 15 kg

• 3 Lei/kg for each extra kilogram over 15 kg

🔹 Easybox Delivery (Sameday Locker)

• 15.90 Lei for packages up to 10 kg

• 3 Lei/kg for each extra kilogram over 10 kg

📦 Bulky packages
A special delivery fee applies for large packages, based on the size of the shipment:

• 50 Lei

• 200 Lei

• 500 Lei

The exact fee is specified on the individual product page, where applicable.

Order Confirmation

All orders placed on the website are confirmed within a maximum of 24 working hours, via:

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order in any of the following ways:

✅ Directly from the customer account, if one was created when the order was placed

⚠️ If the product has already been shipped, cancellation can only be made by refusing the package or returning it, according to the return policy.

Unavailable Products & Refunds

If the ordered products are no longer available (including in cases where the price or characteristics change after confirmation), the customer will be notified and any payments made will be refunded within 14 days.

If the product is out of stock, the customer may choose to receive an equivalent product with the same features and price.

In the case of unilateral contract withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, return costs will be covered by www.anastasiasport.ro.
