Order Pickup from Store
📦 Products available in stock can be picked up directly from the Anastasia Sport physical store, free of charge.
Pickup is possible only after order confirmation from the Anastasia Sport team (confirmation by e-mail, SMS, or phone call).

Courier Delivery
Anastasia Sport delivers orders nationwide within Romania via door-to-door courier services.

Delivery Timeframes
• Products in stock: delivery within 1–3 working days (estimated delivery time displayed on the product page)
• Areas with additional km: 1–3 working days
• Products supplied on order: 3–35 working days
• Customized / made-to-order products: 15–35 working days
(Final delivery term is established together with the client)
🕓 Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 12–24 hours after placement.
Any additional delay will be communicated to the client together with an updated delivery term.

🔹 Delivery in Bucharest
24.9 RON for parcels up to 15 kg
1 RON/kg for each additional kilogram over 15 kg
🔹 Nationwide Delivery (outside Bucharest)
29.9 RON for parcels up to 15 kg
3 RON/kg for each additional kilogram over 15 kg
🔹 Easybox Delivery (Sameday Locker)
19.90 RON for parcels up to 3 kg
5 RON/kg for each additional kilogram over 3 kg
📦 Oversized Parcels
For bulky products, a special delivery fee applies depending on package size.
Category V1 – 50 RON, up to 40 kg
Includes products such as gymnastics mats, vaulting horses, and similar items.
Additional weight: 3 RON/kg
Category V2 – 100 RON, up to 80 kg
Includes bulky equipment such as 3x2 m football goals, handball goals, and similar products.
Additional weight: 3 RON/kg
Category V3 – 100 RON, up to 120 kg
Includes large sports equipment such as football or handball goals and similar items.
Additional weight: 3 RON/kg
Category V4 – 500 RON, up to 300 kg
Includes very large or heavy sports equipment.
Additional weight: 3 RON/kg
The exact delivery fee is specified on each product page, where applicable.

Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the order by:

⚠️ If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is possible only by refusing delivery or returning the product according to the return policy.
Unavailable Products & Refunds
If ordered products become unavailable (including price or specification changes after confirmation), the customer will be notified and any paid amounts will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
If a product is out of stock, the customer may opt for delivery of an equivalent product with similar specifications and price.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the order, return costs are covered by www.anastasiasport.ro.
