In-Store Pickup
📦 Products in stock can be picked up directly from the Anastasia Sport physical store, with no shipping costs.
Pickup is only possible after the order has been confirmed by the Anastasia Sport team (via email, SMS, or phone call).

🕒 Pickup schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – between 09:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Courier Delivery
Anastasia Sport delivers orders via express courier, in a door-to-door system, throughout Romania.

Delivery Times

In-stock products: delivery within 1–5 business days (estimated delivery time is shown on the product page)

Remote areas (additional km): delivery within 1–10 business days

Products ordered from supplier: delivery within 3–15 business days

Customized or made-to-order products: delivery within 15–35 business days

🕓 Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 12–24 hours after being placed.
Any additional delays will be communicated to the client, along with a new agreed delivery date.

Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the order in the following ways:

⚠️ If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is only possible by refusing the parcel or returning it, according to our return policy.
Product Unavailability & Refunds
If the ordered products are no longer available (including price or specification changes after confirmation), the customer will be informed, and any amounts paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
If the product is not in stock, the customer may choose to receive a product of equivalent characteristics and price.
If the customer chooses to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, the return shipping costs will be covered by www.anastasiasport.ro.
