• Recommended installation height: approximately 50 cm from the floor, simulating a real opponent's position.

• Always use boxing gloves or bag gloves, along with hand wraps, to prevent injuries and minimize wear on the bag.

• For technique improvement, include training with pads and a training partner, not just the bag.

• Attach the bag only to a solid mounting point (wall anchor or ceiling hook).

• The stainless steel chain must be securely fastened to the four triangular mounting loops; the swivel system should be lubricated with grease after extended use.
