Molten Methodik Handballs (“Squeezy / Knautschball”) – Handball at School

Molten Methodik handballs, also known as “Squeezy” training balls or “Knautschball”, are specially designed for children, making them perfect for schools, clubs, handball training, and active play. They help kids learn the basics of handball the right way: gripping, passing, catching, and throwing, with confidence and safety.

These balls are made from a very soft synthetic leather, easy to press and squeeze, so even small hands can hold them securely. The special surface improves grip and ball control, allowing children to develop correct technique faster.

A key benefit is that these balls are not suitable for dribbling. This encourages team play, more passing, better movement, and improves overall handball learning in early stages.

Molten Methodik handballs can be used both indoors and outdoors (gym, playground, park, garden). Many versions feature the IHF “Handball at School” logo, depending on the model.
