BIO Star Molten solution for removing resin, wax and adhesive residues from handball or rugby sports floors.

BIO STAR Molten is a professional cleaning solution designed to remove handball and rugby resin from sports hall floors. The formula is alkaline, concentrated, water-based and biodegradable. It effectively loosens sticky deposits caused by resin, adhesive or wax without damaging the protective layers of modern sports floors.

The product is suitable for elastic surfaces and sports floors compliant with DIN 18032 Part 2. Thanks to its concentrated formula, it provides high coverage and can be used both manually (with mop or cloth) and mechanically (with automatic scrubber machines).

BIO STAR is used in sports halls, training facilities, handball clubs, schools, high schools, multi-sport gyms and sports centres where resin residues frequently accumulate. The solution penetrates hardened deposits, softens them and allows removal without leaving the surface slippery after rinsing.

It penetrates resin build-up and releases it without leaving sticky marks, making regular floor maintenance easier. It is used in multi-sport halls, handball clubs and school gyms.

Instructions for use:

• Heavy resin deposits:
• Dilution 1:3 with water
• Apply by spraying or pouring on the affected area
• Action time 5–10 minutes
• Remove with mop or floor-scrubbing machine
• Maintenance cleaning / automatic scrubber:
• Dilution 1:30 (1 litre concentrate per 30 litres of water in the tank)
• Use in normal cleaning mode

Technical recommendation:
For epoxy resin floors or polyurethane-joint flooring, test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

• Areas with heavy resin build-up (visible resin):
• Dilution: 1:3 (1 part solution + 3 parts water)
• Apply with sprayer or directly on the floor
• Action time: 5–10 minutes
• Remove with mop or floor-scrubbing machine

Maintenance cleaning with automatic machine:
Dilution: 1:30 (1 litre in 30 litres of water in the tank)

Technical recommendation:
Test on a small area before applying to the entire floor, especially on epoxy resin surfaces.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash with water and soap. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, remove contact lenses if possible, and continue rinsing. After use, rinse thoroughly with water and keep the container closed. Remove contaminated clothing and seek medical assistance if symptoms develop. Dispose of contents and container according to local regulations.
