Safety & Usage Information – Molten Basketballs (Rubber)

✅ Proper Use

Molten rubber basketballs are primarily designed for outdoor use (asphalt, concrete, bitumen), but can also be used indoor, where surface wear is reduced and product lifespan is extended.

Recommended for:
• training sessions
• school and educational activities
• recreational play
• streetball

The product is intended strictly for sports use and must not be used as a toy.

For intensive training sessions, it is recommended to use multiple basketballs in rotation in order to reduce individual wear and maintain consistent playing characteristics over time.

👶 Children Safety

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Ball inflation must be performed by an adult only.
• Use only a rounded-tip ball inflation needle.
• Do not use syringe needles or sharp objects.
• Keep pump and needle away from children.
• Adult supervision is required during use by children.

🧼 Maintenance & Storage

• Store the ball inflated or semi-inflated at the recommended pressure.
• Do not store the ball completely deflated, as permanent deformation may occur.

Avoid exposure to:
• extreme temperatures (car trunks in summer, heaters)
• prolonged direct sunlight
• excessive humidity
• aggressive chemicals or solvents

Cleaning instructions:
• wipe with a damp soft cloth
• use mild detergent for persistent dirt
• allow natural air drying away from direct heat sources

💨 Correct Inflation & Valve Protection – Required for Warranty Validity

Recommended pressure: 0.49 – 0.63 bar
(always check the value printed near the valve)

Correct inflation steps:

1. Moisten the needle with soapy water or silicone lubricant before insertion.

2. Use only a rounded-tip ball needle.

3. Insert the needle straight and slowly.

4. Do not force the needle into the valve.

5. Inflate gradually with controlled pressure.

6. Slightly compress the ball during inflation to distribute internal pressure evenly.

⚠️ Incorrect needle insertion may damage the valve or displace the internal valve structure, causing permanent air leakage.

Do not use automotive or industrial air compressors.

❌ Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void in the following situations:

• valve damage caused by improper needle insertion
• use of unsuitable needles (e.g. syringe needles)
• forcing or tilting the needle during inflation
• pushing or inserting the valve into the ball interior
• overinflation or underinflation outside recommended pressure
• use on unsuitable surfaces (gravel, clinker, highly abrasive surfaces)
• cutting, puncturing or modifying the product
• marking or painting the ball with chemicals or markers
• cleaning with aggressive solvents
• storage in improper conditions (excessive heat, humidity, prolonged sun exposure)
