OFFICIAL RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN
“Lowest Price for Molten Products + 10% Discount”
Effective date: October 8, 2025
Organizer: S.C. Anastasia GB Prodcom S.R.L., official Molten distributor in Romania since 1996
Art. 1. Organizer
1.1. The campaign is organized by S.C. Anastasia GB Prodcom S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, Iancu Cavaler de Flondor Street no. 7, District 2, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/25289/1993, VAT no. RO4911926, IBAN RO51 RZBR0000060000669454, Raiffeisen Bank – Moșilor Branch, legally represented by Mr. Andrei Bucur, Director.
1.2. The official rules are drafted and made public in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation.
Art. 2. Campaign Objective
Anastasia Sport customers (physical store and online shop www.anastasiasport.ro) benefit from the lowest price guarantee for Molten products.
If a customer finds the same Molten product (same brand and product code) in another online store in Romania at a lower price than on www.anastasiasport.ro, the Organizer undertakes to offer:
👉 the lower identified price + an additional 10% discount.
Art. 3. Participation Procedure
To benefit from the promotion, the customer must follow these steps:
3.1. Send an e-mail to gb@anastasiasport.ro before placing the order, containing:

product name,

dated screenshot/photo of the competitor’s offer,

URL (link) to the product.
3.2. Place the order on www.anastasiasport.ro using the same e-mail address and mention in the order: “Lowest Price for Molten Products!”.
3.3. Accepted payment methods for the promotion: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or in-store pickup.
3.4. The discount will be applied by the Organizer when processing the order.
Art. 4. Validation Conditions
For validation, the customer must cumulatively meet the following conditions:
4.1. The compared product must be identical: Molten brand, identical product code.
4.2. The competitor’s product must be in physical stock (warehouse intended for online deliveries).
4.3. The competitor’s price must be expressed in RON (LEI), using the same units/decimals.
4.4. The comparison is made between the price displayed on www.anastasiasport.ro on the day of order placement and the competitor’s selling price.
4.5. Products that are refurbished, second-hand, reconditioned, or without identical product code are not eligible.
4.6. Price comparison is valid within a maximum of 2 working days from the evidence provided.
4.7. Maximum 10 units/product code/order and 1 order/day/product code/user account are allowed.
Art. 5. Eligible Participants
5.1. Participation is open to individuals of legal age residing in Romania.
5.2. Legal entities or self-employed persons (PFA) are not eligible, except for sports associations.
5.3. Employees of the Organizer or collaborators involved in the campaign are not eligible.
Art. 6. Campaign Duration and Location
6.1. The campaign is valid in the online store www.anastasiasport.ro and in the physical Anastasia Sport store.
6.2. The campaign is valid for an indefinite period, but the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
Art. 7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Organizer complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
7.2. Personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of validating the promotion, processing orders, and sending commercial communications (only with the customer’s consent).
7.3. Data may be shared with partners involved in the campaign (courier services, IT services, marketing agencies).
7.4. Retention period: throughout the campaign + 3 years (legal prescription period).
7.5. Customer rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability.

7.6. Competent authority: The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), Bd. General Gheorghe Magheru no. 28-30, District 1, Bucharest, e-mail: anspdcp@dataprotection.ro.
Art. 8. Disputes
8.1. Any disputes between the Organizer and participants will be resolved amicably whenever possible.
8.2. Otherwise, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
Art. 9. Final Provisions
9.1. The benefits of this campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any attempt of fraud or abusive use of the campaign mechanism.
9.3. These Official Rules enter into force on October 8, 2025 and are available on www.anastasiasport.ro.
