The Molten BG4050 basketball is designed exclusively for indoor use, suitable for training and official competitions held on certified indoor basketball surfaces (e.g., hardwood or approved sports flooring).

❗ Do not use the ball on hard or abrasive surfaces – this will cause accelerated wear and void the warranty.

Use in commercial or industrial settings (sports halls, private clubs, etc.) is only allowed with prior written approval from Anastasia Sport – Official Molten Distributor in Romania.

We recommend adult supervision when used by children or young athletes.

👶 Child Safety

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age – risk of choking or injury.

• Inflation must be done only by an adult, using a rounded-tip ball needle.

• Keep all accessories (pump, needle) out of children’s reach.

🧼 Maintenance & Storage

• Store the ball inflated or semi-inflated, within the recommended pressure range.

• Do not store the ball fully deflated – this may cause permanent creases and affect shape and performance.

• Avoid exposure to:

  • extreme temperatures (e.g., car trunks in summer, heaters)

  • direct sunlight

  • high humidity

  • contact with solvents or harsh cleaning agents

Cleaning recommendations:

• Wipe with a damp cloth.

• For stains, use a mild detergent or a special cleaner for synthetic leather.

• Let the ball air dry naturally, away from heat sources.

💨 Inflation Instructions – Molten Basketball

Correct inflation is mandatory to maintain product warranty.

Recommended pressure: 0.49 – 0.63 bar (indicated near the valve)

Inflation steps:

1. Moisten the needle with soapy water or silicone lubricant.

2. Use only a rounded-tip ball needle (do NOT use a syringe needle).

3. Insert the needle slowly and carefully, without forcing the valve.

4. Inflate gradually, using controlled pressure.

5. Gently compress the ball with your hands during inflation to protect the inner bladder.

6. Do NOT use automotive or industrial air compressors.

❌ Warranty Will Be Voided If:

• The ball is used outside or on unsuitable surfaces

• Incorrect pressure (over- or under-inflation)

• Improper needle use or insertion

• Any alteration to the ball (cutting, gluing, painting, customizing)

• Cleaning with aggressive chemicals or solvents

• Improper storage (sunlight, heat, moisture)
