Our team will be on holiday from December 19 to January 15.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, during the period December 19 – January 15, our company’s activity will be suspended due to the team’s holiday leave. During this time, there will be no deliveries, order processing, or return handling.

The last day when orders will be processed and dispatched is December 18. All orders and return requests submitted between December 19 and January 15 will be automatically registered and processed in the order received, starting from January 16–19, once activity is resumed.

The same terms apply to orders placed through the marketplaces where we are present: eMAG, eMAG Bulgaria, Fashion Days, Decathlon, Altex, Infinity, CEL, Trendyol, etc. Orders placed via the SEAP platform during this period will be handled in the same manner.
