HUCK volleyball set with DVV1 Standard 3 mm net, antennas and carry bag

The HUCK volleyball set includes the HUCK 5088-06 competition net, a pair of HUCK 5021 antennas and a HUCK 540 bag for transporting and storing the net. It is designed for volleyball courts at clubs, schools, sports halls and sports facilities.

The DVV1 Standard net measures 9.50 × 1 m and is made from high-tenacity knotless polypropylene, with an approximate cord diameter of 3 mm and 10 × 10 cm square mesh. The upper Kevlar tension cable is 11.70 m long and 4 mm in diameter. The 4 mm measurement refers to the tension cable; the netting cord is 3 mm thick.

Six attachment points allow tension adjustment, while fibreglass side rods help maintain the net’s shape. The white polyester top band is 70 mm wide, and the white polypropylene bottom band is 50 mm wide.

Manufactured in Germany, the net has DVV1 Standard approval, with DIN EN 1271, Class A specified as its applicable standard. Its resistance to UV exposure and weathering makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

The DVV-approved HUCK 5021 antennas mark the lateral limits of the ball’s crossing space above the net. Each antenna is 1.80 m long and consists of two sections for transport and storage. The pair includes polyester mounting sleeves with a 5 cm white marking band and a black pocket.

The HUCK 540 bag is made from lightweight nylon and measures 105 cm in length and 25 cm in diameter. It keeps the folded or rolled net organised between uses.

Use

Recommended for volleyball training sessions and matches at clubs, schools, sports halls and sports facilities. For competitions, check the organiser’s equipment requirements.

Install the net on posts compatible with the cable length and attachment system. Tension it evenly using all six attachment points. Fit the antennas vertically on opposite sides of the net, in the positions required by the rules of play.

After use, release the net tension, dismantle the antennas and store all components clean and completely dry. Check the dimensions of rigid components before placing them in the bag.
